Rents

Your tenancy start date will be the day your rent is due in future months. So, for example, if your tenancy commences on the 19th of a month then that will be your rent due date for future months. We do not apportion rents around specific dates.

If more than one tenant takes occupation of a property payments received by standing order should be set up from one account only, multiple accounts will not be accepted.

Any costs incurred by Ryan Daniel for collection of late payments or charges made by their bankers relating to unpaid cheques or standing orders will be charged to the tenant.
